Our sauces are straight from the\u00a0recipe book grandma Nicolasa<\/strong><\/span>
\nused when she ran \u201cLa Ferreria\u201d inn in La Pobleta,<\/span>
\na village in Morella (Castell\u00f3n).<\/span><\/p>\n

At L\u2019Aut\u00e8ntic we wanted to\u00a0innovate<\/strong>\u00a0on these\u00a0recipes,<\/strong>while<\/span>

\nof hand-crafted sauces.<\/span><\/p>\n

The company was founded in Castell\u00f3n in 1994,<\/span>
\nand we now have decades of experience<\/span>

\nhas become our flagship product:\u00a0ouraioli.
\nL\u00b4Aut\u00e8ntic<\/em><\/strong>, aioli is made in-house with no<\/span>
\npreservatives, and stands out for its authentic traditional flavour,<\/span>
\njust like homemade.<\/span><\/p>\n

We\u2019re currently working to develop more sauces, stews and prepared<\/span>
