At L’Autèntic, we have continued to perfect our recipes, offering the greatest convenience when it comes to enjoying our products. As a sign of this, we’ve ventured beyond Castellón to bring our exquisite sauces and ready-made dishes to the entire Valencian Community—ready to delight the most demanding palates. 

Over the months of September and October, we’ve had the chance to prove this by taking part in one of the most notable culinary events in our autonomous community: the Alicante Gastronomic Fair. la Feria Gastronómica de Alicante.

Alicante Gastronómica: A Showcase of Distinction for L’Autèntic

The Alicante Gastronomic Fair, held from 21 September to 2 October, welcomed us with open arms and allowed us to present visitors with a sample of what L’Autèntic stands for. 

Today, people live and feel the rush of daily life, which often gets in the way of enjoying a relaxed meal. However, our products offer a solution to this challenge: convenience and quality. 

Attendees were able to taste our ready-made dishes and sauces—authentic culinary delights made with a commitment to tradition. Some of the products available for sampling included our ready-made dishes such as titaina and escalivada, as well as our green sauce, surprising visitors with their versatility in various meals. 

This event not only allowed us to showcase our products, but also gave us the chance to connect directly with those who visited us. Every conversation and every tasting reminded us why we’re so passionate about what we do: we’re always in search of perfection and the most traditional flavours.

Gastrónoma Fair in Valencia: Towards the Future of Gastronomy

The upcoming Gastrónoma Fair in Valencia, taking place from 12 to 14 November, is a gem on the Spanish gastronomic calendar, with strong local and national presence. In Valencia, L’Autèntic will present its range of products, from ready-made dishes like the cod and roasted pepper salad known as Esgarraet, to gourmet sauces that transform home-cooked meals into exceptional experiences—such as our star product, the artisanal Allioli.

The Alicante Gastronomic Fair and the Gastrónoma Fair in Valencia attract a diverse audience. From chefs and food lovers to culinary tourism enthusiasts, this event has something for everyone.
