At L'Autèntic, we continue to perfect our recipes, offering the best quality in our products. As proof of this, we are leaving the Valencian Community to showcase our exquisite sauces and ready meals at Alimentaria 2024, the most important trade fair in the national food sector, which will be held in Barcelona from Monday 18 to Thursday 21 March.
Aimed at food industry professionals, wholesale distributors, supermarket chains and the hotel and restaurant sector, this fair is a unique opportunity to showcase our products and connect with other key players in the market.
During the event, we invite all attendees to taste our star products, including Allioli, Ajoarriero, Esgarraet, also known as cod and roasted pepper salad, and our authentic salsas bravas.
We will also be delighted to offer samples of our other products to all those visitors interested in discovering the diversity of flavours we have to offer.
The Alimentaria 2024 Fair is an event that we look forward to with great anticipation, as it gives us the opportunity to share our passion for traditional Valencian cuisine and to showcase the quality and authenticity of our products. This fair, which is held every two years, is an exceptional showcase for showcasing our new products and establishing solid commercial relationships on a national and international level.
However, it is not the only fair in which we will be participating this year. We will also soon be present at the Salón Gourmet in Madrid, which will take place from 22 to 25 April. This event, although annual, does not go unnoticed, and we will be there representing the Comunitat Valenciana with pride and enthusiasm.
