Our sauces are straight from the recipe book grandma Nicolasa
used when she ran “La Ferreria” inn in La Pobleta,
a village in Morella (Castellón).
At L’Autèntic we wanted to innovate on these recipes,while
siempre while making sure they still taste like they were made in
grandma Nicolasa’s kitchen.

TONI PACO MANOLI SL that sells our own range
of hand-crafted sauces.
The company was founded in Castellón in 1994,
and we now have decades of experience
distributing quality food products.
In 2003 we launched a sauce that
has become our flagship product: ouraioli.
L´Autèntic, aioli is made in-house with no
preservatives, and stands out for its authentic traditional flavour,
just like homemade.
We’re currently working to develop more sauces, stews and prepared
dishes.
